Off the Chain & OTC Pet-homing Corp, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, employs a combination of home-based fosters and a kennel facility.  We work closely with local municipal shelters and other rescues similar to OTC but have the same goals: to rescue, then socialize as many of those pets that are just trying to cope with their new reality.
